Edwards is a leading medical technology company focused on structural heart disease. Upon joining the company in 2019, I helped establish the corporate patient engagement function through strategy development and tactical execution. Key accomplishments include co-leading, co-designing and launching the first-ever, employee-staffed med-tech Patient Support Center designed to answer patient and care partner questions about structural heart disease pre- and post-treatment. Annually, I lead the design and execution of the company\'s flagship Patient Experience event in the U.S. that brings together 100+ patients, care partners and advocacy partners to engage with employees, as well as lead the global Patient Experience strategy. Other priorities include developing and maintaining the global guidelines for how the company engages with patient organizations, leading the approval processes for supporting patient organization programs, and facilitating bringing the patient voice into many of Edwards\' functions, programs and strategies.
