Senior Director, Strategic Solutions, Assessment OperationsProgram manager focused on cross-product and cross-functional challenges to the operational delivery of SAT® assessment services, provide recommendations for improvement, lead cross-functional teams to implement improvements.• Chartered and led the cross-functional Test Center Strategy work stream for CB’s international transition to the digital SAT in March 2023. Exceeded international capacity targets by 2.5 times at the time of program launch. Also led a similar cross-functional team for CB’s transition to digital SAT in domestic markets in March 2024. Exceeded capacity targets by 1.5 times at the time of program launch.• Added additional SAT seats in constrained markets by simultaneously leading 2 additional initiatives: 1) onboarded the first full-service test administration vendor capable of establishing temporary test centers, and 2) organized and managed email and tele-outreach campaigns to existing and prior test centers to advocate for more capacity in critical markets.• Developed an operational model to support the restructure of the Assessment Operations division by visualizing how test administration and scoring processes deliver value for SAT test centers, test center coordinators, and test takers. The operational model became the blueprint for the process-focused Onboard>Prepare>Deliver>Resolve re-organization of the test administration management department.• Agile Product Owner for the successful implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Cloud software to support CB’s test center fulfillment processes for the paper/pencil version of the SAT. Delivered $1mm in savings.• A single-year $6.5mm reduction in operational expenses by leading and/or supporting Assessment Operations roadmap projects.
