My expertise lies in addressing special populations, delivering tailored exercise instruction, and providing assisted stretching, all with the goal of enhancing quality of life.As former Health Coach for Virta Health, I coached over 250 members in a medically supervised, behavior-first metabolic health program that combines, telehealth personalized coaching, educational curriculum. With Tech-enabled tracking implemented to help their members lose weight and reverse diabetes backed by strong long-term results and a satisfaction guarantee. I leveraged my extensive background in fitness coaching and multi-certifications to promote strength, agility, cardiovascular health, SMART goal co-creation, and lifestyle habits.
