   Works collaboratively across Rheumatology, Gastroenterology and Dermatology franchises to develop pathways and order sets related to the IAE value proposition, forging connections and opportunities for entire AbbVie Immunology portfolio. Supports SKYRIZI IV for Crohn\'s Disease at complex Integrated Delivery Networks and sophisticated independent group practices, including formulary adoption, infusion education and EHR therapy plans. Creates partnerships with district managers and other IBPs to support treatment choice and plan in accounts with high levels of centralized decision making. Identifies and implements strategies to encourage utilization of Electronic Health Records based on disease activity assessments or practice goals to improve outcomes. Encourages cross-functional alignment, while managing inclusively and equitably across all partners, working with eight district managers and more than twenty representatives.
