My work included HRIS implementations, detailed HR assessments, organizational transformations, and M&A due diligence — experience that continues to shape my approach to building strong, scalable HR operations.Earlier in my career, I founded and ran an HR consulting and coaching firm, fueling my passion for helping leaders and entrepreneurs build clarity, confidence, and systems that support real growth.
