I am a high-energy, strong-performing retail leader with experience developing teams and businesses from $5m Stores to $75m+ markets. My ambitious nature, resilience, and agility helped me grow through various positions from suburban stores and new concepts to flagship in my eleven years at J.Crew.I\'ve spent the past two years with Companies that were different, that took me outside of my comfort zone. They helped me learn what else I was capable of doing - the common thread to my achievements is my passion for creating Teams, Partnerships and a sense of Community.
