After spending a combined 18 years in Retail Management, Grocery Industry and then Restaurants.I came to the realization there is more to life than working 65+ hours a week, nights, weekends, holidays etc. My career paths have all lead to here and now. The field of Heating and Cooling has been amazing, from personal growth to creating deep relationships with customers and the trust that comes with it. The best part of being engaged in my industry, has been learning something new everyday and making myself more valuable to my employer and our customers. A few random thoughts from my past.lessons learned: it\'s easy to offer \"knock your socks off\" customer service.be neat and clean, smile and you will be treated as the professional you are.don\'t just provide a service, provide value.if you\'re not happy doing something, find a way to be happy about it.at the very least, make an effort to change direction as life really is very short.where ever you are and what ever you do, be \"There\" in spirit, attentiveness, and mind. Just be your self and know your self, life is hard enough and trying to be something you are not.it gets in the way of accomplishing wonderful things not just for yourself, but others.I hope to make a difference not for just people we interact with, but those yet to experiemce this World. The concepts of \"Green\", energy management, technology to increase efficiency and reduce power consumption, and development within known sustainable energy (solar, hydro, wind, etc) really excites my future.And. look at me now.a woman who has traversed unbelievable obstructions, traversed a mine field of doubt, and has been true to herself, and I will continue to offer others more than I could possibly offer myself.a better world to live in:) I am now proffesionaly HOME:)Perhaps.reading this far.
