I’m a behavioral health leader, clinical educator, and licensed professional with 15 years of experience supporting clinicians, supervisors, and organizations across community behavioral health, criminal justice, and substance use treatment settings. In my leadership roles, I focus on strengthening systems while keeping people at the center — building high-functioning teams, supporting supervisors, and translating policy, ethics, and evidence-based practice into something that actually works in real life. Alongside my leadership work, I’m an experienced educator and trainer, delivering workshops and continuing education for state and national audiences.
