The OC One-Stop center assists employers with growth initiatives, business development and lay-off aversion strategies, access to trained, talented employees, events, job fairs, employee recruitment, on the job training programs and more. Local Orange County veterans, people with disabilities and local community is supported with a access to new skills training, career counselling, job matching, job placement and numerous services that provide a smooth transition to their next career. Deanna is an excellent resource for OC One-Stop, Orange County employers and job seekers. Her 10+ years of business expertise working with our local community and employers such as Google and HP, coupled with 10 years of counselling experience helps both employer and participants gain a healthy perspective on successful next steps to attain their goal. On a personal note Deanna simply but perfectly sums up her demeanor by stating “I love being helpful and being around people.” That is also evident in her busy schedule of volunteer work with the Alzheimer foundations, Giving It Back to Kids organization and active role with Professional Women United. When not at work, or being an active volunteer you will find Deanna in her community making a difference with her Masters in Occupational Psychology.
