Manages business and affairs of the Foundation and ensures that the resolutions and directives of the Board of Directors are carried into effect. Executes any contracts or other instruments which the Board of Directors has authorized to be executed. Serves on all committees, take minutes, and manages and executes funds for expenditures under the direction of the Treasurer. Attends all meetings of the Board of Directors and records all votes and the minutes of all proceedings in the minute books of the Foundation. Prepares scholarship application process for students and coordinates scholarship application distribution to selection committees. Acts as liaison between school counselor/principal, students and the public to provide information and resources regarding scholarship activities. Creates and implements the appropriate timeline to ensure the Scholarship Program disbursement process is successful. Creates and distributes the Scholarship Program disbursement packets to ensure accurate and timely communication. Performs all duties required to ensure Scholarship Program funds are completely and accurately disbursed based on policy requirements.
