About Deanna Heiden Gambrell
Hello,My name is Deanna Heiden Gambrell. I am a Leadership Program Manager with a wealth of experience from teaching to managing to learning delivery specialist. Throughout my entire career I have worked to support new hires and help individuals learn and grow. I am working to bridge the gap for young leaders and professionals as they transition from their educational experience to their professional careers. I do this through coaching and helping to promote them and their skills. What this means for my partners is that I will help create the connections between leadership and their future leaders. I have worked in adult education, junior/high school levels of education, business training, learning and development and sales. I went to school for education and taught junior high for a year. I went back to school to earn my Master\'s degree and realized that my passion is on the business side of the educational experience, continued development, and long term career placement. While, I do miss working with children I realize that I have a vast skill set that brings much to the table. I am a people person and I enjoy working for the benefit of people, whether it be children or adults. I am devoted and passionate about my work and am always determined to be the best at what I do. Outside of work, I have twin boys that keep me very busy!
