ABOUT DEANNA FLORES ZELLOUS

I have been a leader as far as I can remember. I was the varsity soccer team captain, the yearbook editor-in-chief, and an event planner for my church. I have never been the fastest, most skilled, most creative nor most innovative but I can see those who are and I can bring them together and inspire to make something great. The most vital assets a team can have are the team members themselves-people. I love people. My care for people and desire for effective communication makes me want to change the world for the better. I am convinced that I will change it-one interaction at a time. My education and work history has allowed me to see the importance of effective communication within and between organizations. I am now committed to doing that sort of communication well. In order to do that, I invest in people-their cares, needs, and motivations. Having been on both sides of the desk, I have a special place in my heart for customer service. I know I support organizations that care for me as a customer, so I aim to serve customers based on the service I would like to receive.These sort of qualities are not the kind I turn off once I am off the clock. I care about people every where I am, whether I am running a marathon, serving at church, or hiking through the wilderness with friends.
