In partnership with Clinical Operations Leadership, develop IT and organizational strategic and operational roadmaps. •Leading the 2024 operational budget/project planning EPMO process for assigned division, including charter development, success metrics development, interdependencies, and resource planning. •Continuous development of tools to update all levels of the organization on project/program status and progress. •Evaluate vendor relationships to optimize clinical efficacy and optimize software portfolio. •Oversee Project Managers in the development and delivery of enterprise projects. Manage overall planning, design, testing, training, go live and on-going support to ensure departmental and customer success; meeting project timeline and budgetary goals. •Manage cross-functional teams in implementing complex applications, technology, and integration requirements. •Innovate to find creative solutions within the existing software portfolio to reduce manual processes and increase productivity.
