Contract position-Review the older Form 5s and Form 5As (drilling and completions completion reports) for completeness, including comparing to Form 2 (permits and any conditions of approvals); accuracy of data compared to the attachments of the deviation surveys, cement summaries, logs; Form 4 changes (sundry notice changes to the permit); and Form 7 and 10 as they relate to spud dates and dates of first sales and New Well Certifications. Communicate with the current operator if there are any data needs or modifications required. Once completed, pass the forms which updates the ECMC scout cards.
