I have been passionate about essential oils since the 1990s when my first job out of college was at the Aveda Corporate Headquarters in Minnesota. I was blessed to work directly for the creator, Horst Rechelbacher. His mother had been an herbalist in Germany where he grew up. His dear friend was a master perfumer from Japan. Horst infused his amazing range of Aveda products with unique blends of essential oils. Many different varieties were used for their healing, uplifting and moisturizing qualities. I have used oils on myself and son and experience remarkable results specifically with the DoTERRA brand oils. I find these to be the highest quality, most potent and longest lasting effects.
