Lead the Wealth Planning function for RBC Private Wealth, the HNW/UHNW proposition within RBC Wealth Management Europe. Responsibility for advice proposition design, adviser enablement, strategic planning for UHNW families and leadership of the wealth planning team.• Development and oversight of the Private Wealth advice model, delivering strategic planning across wealth, succession, liquidity, philanthropy, private assets and tax-efficient structuring.• Design, build and continuous development of advice propositions and frameworks, aligned with business priorities and adviser enablement.• Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across legal, tax, trust, finance, product, marketing and client teams to embed scalable advice frameworks.• Contribution to client lifecycle transformation, including adviser capacity, onboarding and process efficiency initiatives.• Ongoing client advisory responsibilities, maintaining full SPS authorisation and helping inform proposition development and delivery.• Leadership of planning team with focus on culture, development, inclusion and strategic delivery.• Member of RBC Wealth Management Europe’s D&I Forum, contributing to inclusion, mental health and wellbeing initiatives.• Active mentoring of colleagues across the business and contributor to cultural and leadership development.• Champion for RBC’s Race for the Kids fundraising, helping drive engagement and participation across Wealth Management Europe.
