About Dean Mills

My personal vision statement: to do work that is meaningful, impactful, and fulfilling with a purpose that allows me to serve, teach, and mentor others in any way I possibly can. My primary mission will be to live this purpose daily; with compensation being secondary. However, I will be compensated based on my effort and performance which will be fueled by my passion, and, thus, I will will be compensated well, allowing me to realize my dreams of world travel, allowing my children to be homeschooled, and making lasting memories we will talk about for years to come, and doing all of these things completely debt-free. My legacy will be leaving my children and their children an example of how our fate is largely determined by our choices and our actions, not by our circumstances.
