ABOUT DEAN EVANS

Experienced leader of web publishing, data research and marketing operations. Having started my career initially in journalism and then quickly moving into web publishing and content management before diversifying into marketing operations and more recently Data Research and monetisation. I\'ve previously led Publishing and Content Teams at MoneySuperMarket.com before in 2022 moving to Forbes Marketplace where I took on the role of Head of Publishing, building a successful India and UK based team of 50+ talented individuals publishing over 400 pieces of content to a raft of websites each week.Today I lead several teams across the business - SEO and SEM Publishing Teams, Data Research and Monetisation with over 140 employees.Working as part of a wider Growth Team, Publishing is the final but arguably most important step in the content production process and as the gatekeepers to the website, my number one priority is always quality and how that is synergised with volume and monetisation. Data Research is an equally vital operation charged with obtaining primary research on a raft of products and services across multiple categories and distilling that information into actionable editorial information. I get my energy from creating a highly motivated team where individuals can flourish and develop in their careers whilst also delivering on business objectives. My strengths lie in leading and developing successful teams, shaping strategy, creativity and attention to detail.
