A recognized technology leader, my experience spans startups and large corporations where I\'ve consistently developed highly-motivated teams and successful products. Although my personal technical knowledge and experience have led to many innovations, my focus is starting companies built on great teams, a compelling vision and a simple business plan. My experience includes a diverse group of companies including some of the largest technology corporations where I\'ve managed teams up to 500 people and annual product revenue over $400 million. I also have years of experience founding and growing successful startups which is the greatest challenge I\'ve found and what I enjoy doing most. My current interests are digital marketing solutions and systems to monetize games, mobile apps, and content, where a large market shift from pay to free, is rapidly gaining momentum. My technical skills include design and development of large-scale SaaS systems, microservice architectures, digital marketing platforms, analytics, optimization systems, network management, enterprise software, real-time embedded systems, virtual reality and telecommunications protocols. I develop software in C/C++, Java, JavaScript (ES6/7), Node JS, Angular, Scala, Clojure and React Native and have over 20 years experience serving as CTO/VP of Development. I also have experience in digital/analog hardware design and love to play with mechanical engineering in my spare time. I currently divide my time between growing my companies and helping other interesting companies.
