I’m currently UX Design Lead for the consumer app team at TUI, one of the world’s leading tourism groups. I lead and manage a team of six talented UX/UI designers based in Portugal, creating inclusive, high-quality experiences across post-booking services, flights & boarding, and AI-driven holiday inspiration. I also contribute to our design systems team and app Accessibility Taskforce.As the app business lead for accessibility, I work closely with Accessibility Champions, Engineering, QA, and product teams to continuously improve app accessibility and drive inclusive design practices.I collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of 300+, including design leads, UX/UI designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers across native and web platforms.I’m passionate about building high-performing design teams that deliver design excellence, inclusivity, and accessibility, ensuring our products provide outstanding experiences for all customers.
