Our team takes pride in having accumulated > 18 years of Low Earth Orbit flight time, and setting UAS link distance records, among many other successes.At Triad, I am accountable for- Executing on Triad\'s 2023-beyond growth strategy in R&D / EngineeringI am responsible for-Developing, implementing, and adapting Triad\'s high level growth plan for areas under my direct management- Directing the overall product and market direction of Triad\'s products and high-level BD pursuits- Ensuring that Triad\'s products are engineered to meet the needs of our customers, and that they lead our competitors in SWaP-C- Clearing roadblocks for my team, and ensuring that they have what they need, to remain focused on their career and day-to-day goals with minimal drag
