   As a UX lead, I conduct user research, lead discovery workshops, create wireframes and prototypes, design visual interfaces, and collaborate with other UX designers and cross-functional teams to successfully implement UX solutions that improve user satisfaction and business outcomes.As a UX design product owner, I work within a team of web platform product owners to articulate vision, review incoming demand, assess business value and other criteria, prioritize features, and own and refine the product backlog.During a recent global rebranding effort, I served as a member of the brand experience practitioners team, test-driving standards and assets as the new brand was refined.I’ve contributed to the development and ongoing support of the Medtronic User Interface Design System, a global resource providing design components, code, and specifications to UX designers and developers across the enterprise, ensuring consistency and quality in our digital products and experiences.I’ve been evaluating DesignOps models and techniques, with an eye toward adopting key elements as we mature our UX practice.I’m an active participant in our Awareness Benefiting Leadership and Employees About Disabilities (ABLED) and Pride employee resource groups, with a strong interest in promoting accessibility standards and fostering diversity, equity and inclusion for all.I’m also mentoring two junior UX designers as they begin their careers in this field.
