I am an experienced manager with a background in Treasury front/back office, Finance Operations and Relationship management. A proven track record in people management. I am an excellent motivator of people with extensive experience in planning and change management, giving teams and departments clear goals and defined roles. I have been involved in a major change management project, migrating Settlements processing functions, involving staff and complex system reconfigurations overseas. This involved me relocating overseas to the Philippines for over 4 months to oversee and guide the management team and train the new staff. The project was a major success and one that I have gained a great deal of experience from which I will be able to apply to many future roles.
