A fire destroying your data center is perhaps a System Administrator\'s worst nightmare, and it happened to me. By coordinating a group of technical experts I was able to recover our systems and rebuild our infrastructure. My efforts were acknowledged by being nominated for a technology award and by being formally recognised by the Managing Director.In my IT career spanning over 15 years this was just one of the challenges I experienced. I have performed various roles including 1st to 3rd Level Support, Infrastructure Lead, Technical Trainer, Consultant, System Administration and Management with industry leading companies.
