The Director of Development & Alumni Relations is one of the public faces of Charles Wright Academy-a key relationship builder who works closely with community partners, donors, and alumni to deliver on our school mission. As a member of the Senior Leadership & Management Team, they partner with the Head of School, Chief Financial Officer, Division Directors, the Board of Trustees, and other school senior administrators to support fundraising, community engagement, and alumni relations, both internally and externally.The Director of Development & Alumni Relations is responsible for cultivating positive relationships with donors, parents, alumni, staff, and volunteers to ensure that CWA\'s annual giving goals are met. Additionally, their portfolio of programs include annual giving, capital campaigns, major gifts, grant writing, endowment, Homecoming, Spirit Auction, Founders\' Day, the Society of Elders, and alumni relations. They are an effective and engaged manager that works to build their team to ensure and oversee an efficient, outgoing, and energetic development & alumni relations office operation.
