   Managed day-to-day operations for technical support team in addition to providing end-user 2nd and 3rd level support for on-site and remote users, for True Manufacturing standard applications and functionality. Was also able to install, configure, and migrate data of new hires, end-of-lease replacement, and break / fix PCs for more than 2K remote users in North America, achieving SLA goal of 24-48 hour turn-around.Image Mac and PC devices using latest True Manufacturing image(s) for new and existing users, device refreshes, and department acquisitions. Install licensed and open-source software required for department-specific builds.
