I continue to leveraged my extensive experience in sales and team management to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. With over 30 years of experience from counter person to inside sales and onto branch and area manager roles, I have developed strong skills in new business development, key account management, as well as developing the next generation of associates and leaders in our industry. In my role as Branch Manager at Graybar, I successfully managed a team of 12 direct reports, increasing sales by 16% and 14% in 2020 and 2021 respectively, and gross margin attainment from 3.9MM in 2019 to 6.1MM in 2021. Previously, I was in various roles with two Sonepar operating companies, Cooper Electric Supply Company in New Jersey and Capital Electric in Charlotte, North Carolina where my team\'s achieved growth in both revenue and profitability.
