   Work with a team to handle all day to day Outside Plant Operations in the Central & Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho market concerning the physical fiber facilities. Manage the planning, budgets, tracking and implementation of all small to large multi-million dollar projects. Work with internal teams to determine customers\' needs and cost effective measures for services provided. Work with Contractors according to Zayo Procurement standards and policies during bidding process. Work with and maintain relationships with governmental agencies to obtain permits for installation of fiber facilities during construction builds. Maintain relations with customers on an on-going basis to ensure service are provided in a more than acceptable manor.
