Mr. Dean Wallace has over three decades of experience in the Environmental Services and Waste Management Industries. In he co-founded Superior Environmental Solutions (\"SES\"), a leading Midwest provider of comprehensive, vertically integrated industrial and waste management services. SES grew to over $50M of revenue and served over 250 customers across various end markets throughout the Midwest. In 2017, Mr. Wallace led the Company through a transformative recapitalization to support its next phase of growth. From 2017 to 2023, Mr. Wallace was instrumental in executing a successful buy-and-build strategy, completing 7 acquisitions, and expanding SES’s footprint to over 20 locations throughout the United States. Throughout his career, Mr. Wallace has consistently surpassed aggressive objectives by nurturing exceptional management teams and fostering a culture of leadership spanning strategy, sales, operations, finance, safety, and human resources. Mr. Wallace is well positioned to use his experience in an Executive Chairman and/or Operating Partner role with a small to mid-cap financial sponsor focused on investing in Industrial Services businesses. His broad skill set, strong work ethic, industry experience, and commitment to excellence will prove invaluable to CEOs and leadership teams pursuing strategic goals and maximizing shareholder value.Prior to founding SES, Mr. Wallace held various positions at Clean Harbors Environmental. Mr. Wallace received a BS in Biology from DePauw University.
