Responsible for overseeing the ongoing development and construction of the company’s DG solar PV generating portfolios in the Illinois region. Furthermore, supporting projects at all stages of development, planning, installation. Leading the project life cycle from early-stage development through construction, commissioning. Actively contributing to process improvement. Managing all external resources in a professional manner to build relationships that create beneficial partners to support successful project execution. Creating and/or reviewing and commenting on all project requirement documents, schedules, cost estimates, contracts, invoices, and other key information related to projects promptly. Managing the Request for Proposal process including Assembling and sharing all required bid documentation, obtaining a minimum of 3 valid proposals for each project/ portfolio, evaluating and refining proposals to ensure complete scope of work, cost leveling and comparing proposals, selecting preferred vendor, and reviewing results with the PM Director & SVP, for the final vendor selection. Managing all EPC activities. Hosting weekly EPC meetings and posting minutes within 48 hrs. Performing site visits as required from initial site evaluation through final completion.
