Chief Technology Officer @Diggy
Dubai, AE
I’m the Co-founder & CTO at Diggy.app, building software that helps mining, construction, and heavy-asset operators run a more controlled, predictable operation - from the field to head office. Diggy is designed as an operational system of record, bringing critical workflows and reporting into one place so teams can act on the same, trusted picture of what’s happening.A big part of the challenge on physical worksites is that machine data shows what happened, but teams still need the operational context to understand why. Diggy combines both capturing structured human inputs alongside telemetry and makes it usable for supervisors and management through dashboards, exceptions, and reporting. We’re offline-first by design, so field teams can keep working in harsh conditions and limited connectivity, with seamless sync when signal returns. Diggy also works alongside existing back-office systems (including ERPs), feeding them cleaner operational data rather than trying to replace everything. On the “applied AI” side: Diggy includes built-in intelligence to validate data, surface exceptions, flag unusual patterns, and reduce manual work - we focus on practical outcomes and trust, not hype. What I focus on as CTO:• Building reliable, secure products that teams actually adopt • Clean data foundations: structured capture, consistency, and quality checks • Rollouts that work site-by-site, with clear controls and accountability • Translating real operational needs into simple, scalable softwareLearn more:

ABOUT DEAN RYNHOUD
CTO & Co-founder at Diggy.app. I build enterprise-ready software that brings control and clarity to mining, construction, and heavy-asset operations - connecting field teams and head office to one trusted operational system of record.Diggy captures what typical back-office systems miss: structured field workflows plus telemetry context, designed offline-first for real site conditions. It also works alongside existing systems (including ERPs) by producing cleaner, validated operational data.We apply practical intelligence to validate inputs, surface exceptions, flag unusual patterns, and reduce manual work - so decisions are based on reality, not reconciliation. Keywords: enterprise software, systems of record, integrations, data quality, security, reliability, offline-first, telematics, maintenance, production reporting.
