Possession & Safe System of Work Planner duties & roles:• Plan and coordinate railway possessions to ensure safe and efficient track access through PPS applications, CRFs & RailHub.• Monitor possession progress and resolve operational issues during T-5,T-10 & Worksite Management meetings.• Prepare Safe System of Work packs to enable the COSS on-site to carry out safety-critical duties in compliance with Network Rail standards.• Manage/Create safety-critical rosters, resource and workforce planning to maintain operational efficiency and safety complianceI also work the weekends doing Safety-Critical Duties, Supervising and making sure everything is going ahead as planned
