Managed and administered a diverse team of 18, to ensure the unit’s Land rover and MAN SV fleet is up to a minimum of 80% serviceability each week. Chaired key performance indicator meetings for stakeholders to ensure all work would be achieved within our weekly targets.\\\\n• Carried out rigorous daily inspections and adhering to inspection standards and regulations.(LOLER, PUWER, & HGV inspection standards). Recording, documenting and logging all relevant information onto JAMES (Joint Asset Management and Engineering Solutions).\\\\n• Coaching and mentoring stakeholders by creating bespoke training programmes to NVQ Engineering level standards. Delivering fundamental training abiding by regulations whilst then assessing all stakeholders under test procedures, whilst carrying out practical engineering modules.\\\\n• Ensuring stakeholders were successfully qualified to carry maintenance tasks holding competency to sign off relevant tasks within the organisation, in turn increasing occupational maintenance output with additional qualified technicians.\\\\nDelivering weekly engineering fault trends in our production meeting, to mitigate similar faults reoccurring, thus improving our vehicle serviceability by 15%.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
