I\'ve been practicing law in Lexington, KY for over 35 years, with a focus on the relation between lenders and borrowers. I have worked extensively with both sides of the equation, handling matters such as residential closings, collection work (including recovery of property), all types of bankruptcy for debtors, creditors and committees, restructuring debts outside of bankruptcy and assisting in commercial transactions.
