As a HSE System Improvement Advisor, l provide technical Working at Height / Scaffolding / Lifting & Rigging support to Oxy Oman operations in all Concessions. The position as an HSE System Improvement Advisor offers both installation design and review services and assists with personnel issues that arise during all aspects of Working at Height and Scaffolding for Oxy Oman Operations. In addition, my role is also to provide an analysis of scaffolding and personnel lifting equipment and practices of Oxy Contractors or subcontractors to ensure compliance and promote safe working practices, assist in developing Oxy Oman Working at Height and Scaffolding program written guidance, including selection of appropriate equipment specifications, training materials and delivery of related safety campaigns.
