As a creative scientist and R&D executive with more than four decades of experience in medical product development, I’ve worked across diverse technologies including lasers, masers, electro-optics, pulse power, software engineering, and semiconductor design.I have authored publications in scientific journals and hold 29 issued patents, including international patents in China, Korea, and the EU. I have deep expertise in startup environments, having helped grow four companies from three employees or fewer into revenue-generating or publicly traded organizations. Throughout my career, I have maintained a strong commitment to substance over form.
