ABOUT DEAN HANSON

Serving over twenty nine years with Interdent,(wow, has it really been that long? Time flies when you\'re having fun!) I strive to meet the facility needs of our organization before they are seen. I have developed and strengthened our safety program, created a standardized equipment purchasing program, developed the site selection and leasing program, and have been the project manager for over one hundred major dental construction projects. My strength lies in listening carefully to the people I serve, sifting out the wants and needs, and prioritizing the work flow to keep the needs in focus, and provide as many of the wants as reasonably possible. I have the best team in the company, and I\'ve never had a boring day since I started here! Each week brings new opportunities to learn and improve the way we serve our company.Currently InterDent is in a growth mode, as we continue to expand into more retail centers in the west coast. My team works with the leasing department to lead the way through highly analytical site development, expedited leasing practices, and focused construction reviews to get the best sites, best contractors, and best finished product at the absolute best price.I\'m a family man, and a very proud grandpa of three little ones. I hike, kayak, or snow shoe through the year, as often as I can, and support several community outreach programs, including several opportunities as Santa for some non-profit organizations.Specialties: vendor contract negotiation, safety training and compliance, equipment repair and maintenance, facility development, project management, construction, site selection, resource coordination.
