Dean Gough Founder of Outer Reef | Surf & Water Sports Educator | Community BuilderABOUTI\'m passionate about making water sports accessible to everyone. For over two decades, I\'ve been fortunate to share my love for surfing, paddle boarding, and water safety with people from all walks of life. We work closely with Disability Wales and local organizations to ensure everyone has the chance to experience the therapeutic benefits of ocean activities.COMMUNITY FOCUSI believe in the power of partnerships to create meaningful change. Working alongside The National Trust and Pembrokeshire County Council, we\'re developing programs that not only teach water sports but also foster environmental awareness and community connection.GLOBAL PERSPECTIVEMy journey has taken me from the beaches of Wales to international shores, where I collaborate with surf camps and travel companies worldwide.
