Responsible for the development and deployment of targeted action plans, shaping the Supplier performance to reflect the needs of the business and create consistency in the supply chain activity. Development and delivery of senior matched pair cost activities: Analyzing spend patterns, identifying gaps to should cost and supporting actions to close cost gaps. Generation of supplier / internal tooling activity plans to streamline the process better to gain an early understanding / alignment on tool costing activities. Management and maintenance of tooling related business documentation and procedures held on the JLR way & the document/records inventory matrix. Management and business lead for the development, maintenance and integration of Siemens TcPcM tool costing software into JLR. Developing China for China tooling cost models. Management of JLR departmental training. Identifying training needs via skills matrix. Lead with external sources for training – including development of training media.
