I am a determined individual with a strong and proven focus on quality that I have acquired from working in the wind industry for over 10 years. Operating as a Client Representative and Quality Inspector with a hardy background in blade repair and Installation in both an Onshore and Offshore capacity.A confident and dynamic operator who can easily adapt to different environments, who is friendly, approachable and has the proven ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients alike, working both independently and as part of a team in cooperation with internal and external partners. An articulate communicator with the capability to manage teams and instruct individuals on complicated tasks with confidence. I am passionate about my role within the industry and strive for the highest of standards, applying meticulous attention to detail, offering a collaborative approach to teamwork and a disciplined work ethic to ensure high quality and standards are achieved each and every time. I am happy to use my own initiative but also take instruction well, whilst ensuring all health and safety requirements are met, to ensure work is completed in a safe environment and to a professional level.
