   Generate awareness and demand in Axis products and Axis influenced IP solution segments within the Public Safety Segment and all associated sub-segments through relationships and networking with all customers. · Identify and develop comprehensive segment strategy for expanding Axis’ position in the public safety market. This includes understanding the total market potential, key markets and key end customers in the segment · Develop Total Solution based concepts and strategies to meet segment end customer needs based upon our core technologies and partner technologies, existing and undeveloped · Look beyond physical security solutions and define operational ROI solutions for the segment, such as body worn solutions and analytics · Develop concise and focused solutions and strategies across all sub-segments of the public safety vertical (law enforcement, corrections, public safety, sheriffs, traffic management). · Maintain and grow end customer relationships with solution-based focus built upon the strategic objectives and business initiatives · Develop and provide guidance for key Axis consultants and engineers · Key partnering with 3rd tier solution products pertinent to public safety vertical, gunshot detection, corrections, city surveillance, real crime centers. · Work closely with Industry Association groups and participate in public safety committees to network, help build the association’s membership and drive technology standards and guidance through these committees based upon Axis’ core competencies
