An open, honest and ambitious Manager with 20 plus years of Logistical Management experience covering a variety of high level roles from Contract Manager, Site/Warehouse Manager to Transport and Logistics Manager. I am a member of IOSH and hold both National and International CPC. I am a team player with experience of new start ups and re-implementations. I naturally work to budgets looking for the balance between cost and service and utilise my experience to analyse and look at ways to solve complex issues. I am experienced in dealing with people at all levels and am confident in a customer facing role. I use SLA\'s and KPI\'s as a tool within the team to examine performance and to initiate change if required. I use delegation as a development tool, utilising empowerment and inclusion as a tool to aid change within the work place. I am dedicated and focused in all roles I undertake with a clear continuing professional development plan (CPD).
