ABOUT DEAN CLENDANIEL

I am currently serving as the Mid-Market Client Manager for The Baldwin Group in Jacksonville, FL. My primary responsibility is to provide a world class service to our clients while presenting benefit options that fully suit their needs.Before joining The Baldwin Group, I was the Vice President & Head of Key Accounts for United Benefits Partners, Inc. in Mt. Laurel, NJ. While with UBP, I assisted our clients on a daily basis in numerous ways. From auditing billing invoices to conducting enrollment meetings, this role provided me with a wide range of experience in the employee benefits hospitality industry.Prior to joining UBP, I served as a Financial Representative for Transamerica Lieb Financial Group. During my tenure, I provided comprehensive services to clients in the areas of life insurance, Medicare, and retirement planning. My dedication to exceptional service was recognized by the company on over 15 occasions, highlighting my commitment to client satisfaction. I was also elected to the office council by management. As part of the office council, I was tasked with producing idea\'s that would enhance our office productivity.Furthermore, I have a background as a Senior Pharmacy Technician, a role I undertook immediately after completing high school. This experience gave me the opportunity to enhance my knowledge on healthcare & customer relations.
