A Prince 2 Practitioner, Project Manager. I have developed a career providing excellent leadership for multi-national, cross-functional teams through strategic in/outsourcing procedures, engaging with stakeholders and implementing industry best practices. I am experienced in UK resourcing and contract law and statutory compliance. Demonstrative ability to drive efficiency in resourcing for the recruitment, health, telecoms, finance and utilities sectors. By being very proactive and having a passion for operational optimization and collaborative leadership, I have promoted and driven global solutions to business, maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Having the ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders has enabled me to successfully manage deliverables, goals, and objectives, whilst not only remaining within budget but reducing costs and boosting savings. I actively collaborate across functions and departments to ensure optimum performance and provide guidance on legislation such as IR35, GDPR, AWR etc conducting thorough risk analyses and provide strategic mitigative measures to any risks that may arise.
