My role at Howden involves overall responsibility for all share scheme projects for the 4th largest private insurance company in the world.This includes the annual Internal Share Offer, executive share plan allotments and vestings, share buybacks and cancellations.I’m also responsible for project managing large acquisitions of companies such as TigerRisk, A-Plan, Align and Aston Lark.My role involves writing and preparing board minutes, shareholder circulars, scheme rules, FAQs, shareholder votes, and managing our project management tool called Monday.com.Since May 2021 to date I have already completed or in the process of managing a total of 22 projects.Having exposure to a private company has greatly increased my knowledge of share plans and legal papers in addition to my 33 years of PLC share plan knowledge and experience.
