With over 15 years of UX Design experience, I\'ve shaped strategies for internal systems and customer-facing products across web and mobile platforms. Notable achievements include receiving an Octas Coup de Coeur prize for the Intact insurance app and a UX Boomerang Prize for the YQB Airport app. Driven by my passion for innovation, I\'ve worked in various labs, experimenting with technologies like beacons, smart thermostats, telematics, Ai conversational bots, Augmented Reality applications, and even contributing to building a recommendation engine through machine learning at the Givaudan Lab.
