I serve as both a 9th grade Religion Teacher at Bishop Brossart High School and a Master Trainer at LA Fitness—two vocations that may seem worlds apart, but for me, they’re deeply connected.My passion is helping people care for the whole person: body, mind, and soul. I believe that wellness isn’t just about sets and reps or religious knowledge—it’s about becoming who God created us to be. Whether I’m teaching students about the love of Christ or guiding a client toward better movement and mindset, my approach is rooted in compassion, service, and purpose.Over the years, I’ve worked with everyone from youth athletes to aging adults, from busy professionals to clergy. What I’ve learned is this: people are hungry for connection, strength, and meaning. And often, the path to wholeness starts with small but intentional steps—physical, spiritual, and emotional.I’m committed to bridging the gap between faith and fitness. Not just as an idea, but as a daily practice. Because when we treat our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit, and our minds as vessels for wisdom and joy, we don’t just live better—we live in deeper alignment with our Creator.I’m also known as Poppy to my grandkids, a title that keeps me grounded in joy, laughter, and the importance of leading by example.
