Provides administrative leadership and direction to Physician Group hospital based practices and for all hospital based service lines including, but not limited to: hospital medicine/hospitalists and palliative care teams-Serves on the Leadership Team, provides leadership in strategic and operational decision making. Acts as liaison for Medical Leadership. Responsible for physician practice\'s fiscal performance including expense control and revenue generation-Applied working knowledge of Finance, Physician Reimbursement, Accounting, Budgets, and Insurance-Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementation of strategies necessary to organize and grow integrated services.
