I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2014 earning a bachelor\'s degree in Communication. After graduating I was led to recruiting and HR administration. While working as a full-time employee in my designated field, I decided to attend Ashford University. In 2016, I received my Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management. This education was necessary for preparing me for my career.
