About David Dubois

I am a Senior Director in the Healthcare Risk Management & Advisory practice of FTI Consulting, and am based in Charlotte, NC. My work in the healthcare industry includes leveraging large data sets and creating complex statistical models to generate insights that add value to a company’s internal processes and bottom line.I have applied this expertise by working with clients across the healthcare spectrum and supply chain, including life science companies, health systems, outpatient providers, medical device companies, and payors, in addition to healthcare-oriented law and private equity firms. In this work, I have partnered with clients in both reactive and proactive stances, including the structuring of damage and settlement models in response to government investigations, as well as the development of key performance indicators, and re-engineering of major business functions to assist in meeting legal and regulatory obligations. In these capacities, I employ a wide ranging data analytic toolbox, with a specialty in data visualization and the development of dynamic dashboarding tools.Above all, I am a collaborative leader dedicated to using a team’s collective critical thinking capabilities to further a client’s mission.
